How Will My Order Ship?

We ship larger items via LTL or FTL trucking and ship smaller items via UPS. For larger items, our professional team will contact you with a delivery time frame and will deliver them right to your house. Larger items will be delivered curbside only.

Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Shipping is only offered to major urban centers however delivery to remote areas may be available and extra shipping surcharges will apply. You will be notified of the surcharge upon review of your postal code.


Ground Shipping

All items are shipped via ground transport carriers. Please allow the full processing time required to ship (depending on product) from the manufacturer to our warehouse (or client direct) plus a minimum of 5-15 business days in transit for delivery from our warehouse to the client. Please note that this is an estimate only as the actual transit time is dependent on the place of origin of the manufacturer of the specific product and in the instance that the item you ordered is not in stock, an agent will notify you with the estimated time of arrival.


When Will My Order Arrive?

Every product on our site has an estimated Preparation Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Preparation times vary based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Other items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Please contact us to determine the exact shipping time for your selected product.

CONDITIONS OF SALE – All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. All orders placed can be cancelled without penalty (for a period of up to 24 hours) only if the order has not yet been placed with the manufacturer.

DAMAGED GOODS – Delivered items must be checked immediately by the customer for any damages, and any noticeable damages must be indicated on the pick-up or delivery slip prior to signing. If you notice any visible damage to the product incurred during shipping, please take a couple of photos (jpg) of the damage and send the shipment back with the delivery agent. If you notice any damages once you have removed the product from the shipping boxes, then please send us an email at within 24 hours of receipt of the product, along with your photos.
